Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we do not cover return shipping.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@cherubim-engr.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper handling does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
